Booking Policy

1. Consultation Fee & Credit Toward Services

All 30-minute consultation calls require a $25 fee to be booked.

This $25 fee will be credited toward any service package the client chooses after the consultation.

Payment must be made at the time of booking through Wix Payments only.

No appointment will be confirmed without payment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To protect our time and ensure we serve clients efficiently, we enforce the following cancellation and rescheduling rules:

Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice:

Clients may reschedule their appointment at no extra cost.

If they choose to cancel instead, the $25 consultation fee is non-refundable but can be used as a credit for future services.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows:

The $25 consultation fee is forfeited and cannot be used as a credit.

A new appointment will require a new booking fee.

Rescheduling requests:

Clients can reschedule once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

Additional reschedules will require a new $25 booking fee.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

No Refunds: The $25 booking fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the client proceeds with our services.

Clients must pay in full at the time of booking to secure their appointment using Wix Payments only.

Chargebacks or disputes will result in a ban from future bookings and possible legal action.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Clients must be on time for their scheduled call. We allow a 5-minute grace period.

If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the call will be canceled without a refund, and a new booking will be required.

No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will forfeit the $25 fee and require a new booking to reschedule.
5. How to Book & What to Expect

Appointments can be booked directly through our Wix Booking System.

Clients will receive email confirmations and reminders before their appointment.

The consultation will be conducted via phone or Zoom (client preference).
6. Working Hours And Other Details For Bookings
10am to 7pm Monday through Friday Saturday through Sunday 9pm to 6pm and no physical payments just online and on the payments it's the individual services payments has to be in full but for the package it's a minimum of $1000 down payment and $500 a month after that it you will see when you look at my prices and services file i sent you thank you for your time and help
7. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to this Consultation Booking Policy, No Refund Policy, and Cancellation Rules.
If a client does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with booking.
